We use UPS which allows us to deliver our products directly to your door from our sauna shop.  Upon check out you will be offered various delivery services with estimated delivery times and the associated costs.  This includes our order processing  time.  Upon completion of your order you will also be emailed a UPS tracking number.  Please log on to UPS website www.ups.com to tack your shipment.  If you have any questions regarding your shipment please contact us at any time.

NOTE:  It is very important that you have supplied a accurate phone number as UPS may require this in-order to schedule a final delivery.  UPS will not delivery to PO Box.
